thePAGE is for adults 18 and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
thePAGE is a bounded social site: you post short updates, images, and links to your wall; you follow people and channels; each hour you get one curated page, then a stop. There is no endless feed, no advertising, and we do not sell your data.
You own what you post. By posting you grant thePAGE a limited licence to store and display it to the audience you choose (public or friends). You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.
Members can create and run channels — a page with its own name and look that others follow, with posts that can be published immediately or scheduled for a chosen time. Everything in these Terms applies to channels you run: you are responsible for what your channel posts, the same content rules apply, and channels that break them can be removed along with the account that runs them.
Do not post unlawful content, sexual content, content that harms or harasses others, or content that infringes others' rights. See the Community Rules below. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
thePAGE is offered as-is during an ongoing beta, without warranties, and may change or pause at any time. thePAGE is not available in every region.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact our designated agent at the address on this page with the details required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c). We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

Only what the service needs: your chosen name and handle, your email address (used to sign you in by one-time code — we never show it to anyone), your date of birth (to confirm you are 18+; we store it, we do not display it), the content you post, and basic interaction signals (what you view, like, or follow) used solely to build your own hourly page.
Reactions are social: when you like or react to something, people who can see that item see the reaction count and the names of reactors, including yours. When you answer a channel's question or poll, the channel's owner sees totals only — how many people picked each answer — never who picked what. Your name and face appear in a channel's follower list only if "Show me in follower lists" is on in your settings.
If your wall is public, a link to it shared elsewhere (Discord, Facebook, etc.) shows a preview card with your name, handle, and the cover and profile pictures you chose. Your bio and posts are never included in preview cards. Friends-only walls get a generic card with no personal details.
No advertising. No third-party trackers. No selling or sharing your data with data brokers. No profiling for anyone but you.
You can edit your profile and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently erases your posts, comments, follows, interaction history, and profile — confirmed by a code sent to your email.
Sign-in and account-deletion codes are sent from our own mail server. We do not send marketing email.
Data lives on our own servers and is kept only while your account exists. Report records may be retained as needed to enforce our rules and meet legal obligations.
thePAGE is meant to be a calm place. Keep it that way.
Every post, comment, and profile has a Report control. When something is reported it is hidden right away and placed in a review queue — we err toward taking it down first and sorting it out after. If your content is hidden, you can appeal, and a person reviews genuine disputes. We would rather be cautious than leave harm up.
Content that breaks these rules stays down. Accounts that repeatedly or seriously break them are suspended.
